    it warms up the wrong muscles when you use a weighted club. it was on sport science they compared it from warming up without a weighted club to with a weighted club.

    your actually not suposed to use wieghted clubs your warming up the wrong type of muscles by doing it potentially losing 30 yards off your drive.
