Staging Golf Course Homes

Staging Golf Course Homes

When selling a golf course home there is a real necessity to show off the scenery and beauty of the home and yard that you are offering,. Needless to say when showing such a home the yard is going to play a humongous role in the sale. Few other home styles will have such a reliance on the home's exterior but as part of a country club setting buyers will be expecting a certain level of luxury, cleanliness and showmanship in respect to the property. These are usually seen as the forefront of the luxury real estate market and buyers will be expecting a higher price range but they will also be expecting to be shown a home that is properly staged and has an immaculate yard. To sell a golf course property for the proper amount, you need to step up presentation a notch or two.

More so than with other standard homes, country club and golf course homes should really set the bar a bit higher. People who are seeking a country club lifestyle have already come to the conclusion that they are going to be looking at a higher price tag and are now looking for the justification of that price. Home staging is going to be an essential part of the game. Getting the home into show-home quality should be your primary objective. Moving out old items of furniture and clothing as well as anything that could adversely affect the sale should be undertaken at the outset of the staging so that you can concentrate on putting together the ideal setting for a sale.

The home's exterior is also going to be extremely important. Country Club living suggests a standard for how homes should appear. There is really no room for cutting corners and taking shortcuts. The back yard in particular, as that is typically the area that is adjacent to the golf course must be in perfect condition. If the home is close to a fairway then you will want to ensure that whatever is utilized to keep errant balls from the yard is in good repair and does not take away from the outward appearance of the yard. You will need to be careful about how you present your home as expectations will be high. do yourself and you home a favor and present the best package that you can. The profit you realize from the sale should be well worth the time and effort.

If you have the yes card in your hands then let me tell you some important benefits that you will reap with the help of this brand mark identity but before that we would like you to ask yourself three questions and they are,

1Would the brand mark I am about to create will amplify my club to any degree?

2There is a purpose for starting a business and so the brand marks. You have to ask yourself whether it would be of any use to have a logo or would it serve its purpose?

3Does it make sense to create a brand mark for my business?

Now, the given benefits would give you all the answers in detail.

Golf Courses Cornwall

Golf Courses Cornwall

When you are next visiting Cornwall, you don't need to spend every single minute sitting on the beach. If you want there are plenty of wonderful other activities you can enjoy. Just as in other parts of the UK there are numerous golf courses one can play around or two at during your stay in Cornwall.

Although many are designed for the more serious players among us there are quite a few that one can try that are suitable for those who have never played before who have only just taken up the sport. Below we take a look at a number of them that are located close to the Club la Costa resort in Trenythn.

Course 1 St Austell Golf Club

This course is designed to be played by those who have been enjoying this sport for some time. It is not only a delightful course because of the wonderful countryside views offered but is also very challenging. If you are at all concerned about how well you are playing then there is a driving range you can use along with a swing fitting studio. Plus for those who want advise the professionals are more than willing to help and can do so in their covered teaching facility.

Course 2 St Austell Bay Golf Club

This is just a 9 hole course and is suitable not only for experienced golfers but also those that have only just begun playing the game. The course measures a total of 1,150 yards and comes with some stunning sea and countryside views for you to enjoy. If you want you can actually hire a set of clubs and a trolley rather than taking up additional space in your car for your own set of clubs. However this course is only open between the months of May and October from 9 am until 7 pm. But may close earlier it depends on when the sun sets.

This information has been researched on behalf of Club la Costa Cornwall who have vacation resorts in Spain, Turkey, Austria, Scotland, USA and the UK.

Two Wonderful Golf Course

Two Wonderful Golf Course

Here are two golf course you wont regret choosing.

Harbour Town Golf Links at Sea Pines Resort

Of course. Harbour Town Golf Links is the annual PGA Tour haunt one week after the Masters. The golf course itself consistently ranks among the favorites of PGA Tour pros. For the rest of us mere mortals, Pete Dye has designed a dream come true. It starts straight forward, but Dye begins to toy with you by the fifth hole, threading the fairway between a spray of bunkers. From then, look for mosiac-like sandy hazards, some with grass in the middle and others with trees. The clear shots to the green are usually razor-thin.

Harbour Town builds to a crescendo with the 18th hole along the Calibogue Sound and its whirling winds - the famous red and white lighthouse as a backdrop. This is a golf course you would not forget even if it didn't appear on TV each April.

Country Club of Hilton Head

For some reason, the Rees Jones-designed Country Club of Hilton Head rarely garners the attention it deserves. It consists of a string of memorable holes that use a variety of tactics to keep you on your game. Gulleys dump mishits into the drink. Ponds wrap around greens, and golfers must contend with a half-dozen bunkers that line a fairway or surround a putting surface. The service is great. The course is in sound shape, and a robust teaching program welcomes players of every age and skill level. Because it flies under the radar, your round will move at a nice pace.

happy day

Golf Course

Golf Course

A golf course consists of a series of holes, each consisting of a teeing ground, fairway and rough and a green with a flagstick and cup. A standard round of golf consists of playing 18 holes. Most golf courses have par three, four, and five holes, though some courses include par six holes. Here we look at the key elements comprising a golf course:

Teeing Area
The first section of every hole consists of a teeing ground or tee-box. Every tee-box has two markers showing the bounds of the legal tee area. There is usually more than one box per player to place the ball, with each being a different distance from the hole. They are generally as level as feasible, and most tee areas are slightly raised from the surrounding fairway.

Fairway and Rough
After teeing off, the player has to hit the ball again toward the green. The area between the tee box and the putting green is called the fairway. The turf of the fairway is generally cut short and evenly and is an advantageous area to hit from. The rough is the area between the fairway and the out-of-bounds markers and also between the fairway and green. The rough has higher cut grass than that of the fairway making it generally a disadvantageous area to hit from. The quality of fairway and rough grass influences the roll of the ball, as well as the ability of the player to 'take a divot'. Mow heights also influence the play of the course with taller grass making it more difficult for a player to recover from a bad shot.
While many holes are designed with a direct line-of-sight from the tee-off point to the green, some of the holes may bend either to the left or right. This is called a "dogleg", in reference to a dog's knee. Sometimes, the direction of the hole can bend twice which is known as, "double dogleg".

Putting Green
To putt is to play a stroke on the defined surface where the ball does not leave the ground. Once on the green, the ball is putted toward the hole until the ball falls into the cup. The cup usually has a flag on a pole positioned in it so that it may be seen from a distance; this flag-and-pole combination is called the flagstick or pin. The grass of the putting green is cut very short so that the ball can roll long distances. However, the slope or break of the green affects the roll of the ball.

Los Naranjos Golf Course is one of the great cousrse of the Costa del Sol. Originally this area was full of orange trees, thus the name.

Los Naranjos Golf Course front 9 holes.

Hole 1: This opening hole is a dog leg to the right. Tee shot should be to middle and left for the best line to the green. The green is elevated and has bunkers on the front right.

Hole 2: A long par 5 (517 meters) that is straight. There is a bunker on the right side of the fairway and again the green is elevated

Hole 3: Straight hole with the green up hill and well protected by bunkers.

Hole 4: 168 meters par 3 where the green has a river in front and bunkers left, right and behind.

Hole 5: A river runs along the left side and then in front of the green on this par 5 hole. Hit the tee shot middle to right and if long enough the green can be reached in two.

Hole 6: A tricky hole where the tee shot is all important on a tight fairway. There is a river running in front of the green.

Hole 7: The right side has four bunkers and then out of bounds so play to the left. The green is slightly up hill and is well protected by bunkers.

Hole 8: 180 meter par 3 where the large green has slopes in many directions and bunkers left and right.

Hole 9: A dog leg to the left where a huge bunker protects the left side. This hole can play long but it is a hard corner to cut. The green has three bunkers and slopes towards the front.
