Beginners Golfing Guide ? 2 Effective Tips To Improve Your Golf Play

Playing golf can be a simple game but many golfers tend to make the game more complicated while they are trying to improve their golf play. The best thing that you can do is to always refer back to the basics as you will improve your play fast if you have a good foundation. Here are the 3 effective tips that you can use to improve your golf play.

Tip #1 Take Note Of Your Grip

This is very important as your grip is the only connection with your golf club. The kind of grip that you have will greatly affects the quality of the shots that you have. There is no rule to the kind of grip that must have. You will have to practiced it and get to the grip where you will find it comfortable. If you are just starting out, you might want to have a slightly stronger grip.

Tip #2 Take Note Of Takeaway In Your Golf Swing

This is the most basic golf tips that you must follow as it is the most important part of the golf swing. When your club reaches around your hip level, you will want the toe of the club to be pointing to the sky. The club shaft should also be parallel to your body as this will ensure that you will have a smooth progress while hitting the ball and you will have better quality shots.

These are 2 of the most tips that you can use to improve your golf play. It is important that you master it as they are also the basics of golf. Apply the 2 tips and invest more time in your training so that you will wow your friends when you play golf with your friend.

How to Improve My Golf Swing

How to Improve My Golf Swing

Professionals spend years working on their golf swings. It would be nice to say just hit the ball. But it does not work that way. Professional golfers are chronically receiving coaching, lessons, practicing, drilling and refining their golf swings just as you are also trying to improve your golf swing in the same manner.

Each golfer is unique in the sense that the golf swing is made up of your address. The answer as to how to improve my golf swing is in your posture and stance when you prepare yourself to swing at the golf ball. Each person has their own fingerprints. Each person has their own address. No two people are identical.

It is also your head position, shoulder turn, body turn, hip movement, hand, wrist and forearm strength, your overall body strength and flexibility, and lastly the rhythm and tension in the follow through which controls the golf swing.

You are striving towards peak performance with body ease to lower your scores and to be the best that you can be and if possible beyond your expectations. The mental power will be in your attitude.

As soon as our game is not up the standards that we have set, we are constantly reminded to "go back to basics". We may not like taking our medicine, but the truth is the basics never change. We need educational reminders and repetition to keep our skills up to power and in this game it is our consistency that matters a great deal.

Slicing the golf ball is caused by a hundred different things. Try to analyze what you may be doing incorrectly. Take a look at your grip, your balance, your stance, and slow down the motion of your golf swing analyzing your weak points.

How is your grip? I tend to choke or hold the shaft too tightly. Then that tightness works up the muscles of the arms and I am in trouble before I attempt to hit the ball. The palms of your hands, your hand placement on the shaft, your finger placement, and the looseness of the hold with your natural golf swing will bring you success sending the golf ball to the designated target.

Take a look at your grip. Once you have corrected and established a successful grip, do not change it.

Good posture is essential to good golf swings. You need to protect your back as well as to have correct alignment to execute a good swing.

Flex your knees and bend from the hips with a straight back. You do not want to bend in a forward spinal curve from the shoulders. This posture will not allow you to hit the golf ball correctly.

Get in the habit of waddling which is shifting your weight from side to side. Check the placement of your toes and heel for foot positioning.Normal balance is on the balls of the feet, however, there will besome exceptions.

There is much more information on how to improve your golf swing than I can include in this article. Visit http://www.infotrish.vpweb.com/ for successful improvement of your golf game.

Through the years I have learned to be a jack-of-all-trades and maybe mastered one. I enjoy learning.

3 Easy Golf Swing Tips To Shrink Your Handicap Fast

3 Easy Golf Swing Tips To Shrink Your Handicap Fast

"Golf is easy," said Ernest Jones, one of the most influential and respected golf teachers of all time.

If you're like most golfers, you probably balked at that statement. After all, for average players, golf is anything but easy.

But it CAN be.

These three proven golf swing tips (based on the Ernest Jones Method) will show you a simpler, easier and more effective ways to skyrocket your game and lower your handicap fast.

#1: Use The Positive Approach To Learn The Game

Did you know that the average golf score has not improved over the last 75 years or so? It's true... despite the advances of instructional medium and equipment technologies, the vast majority of golfers are still dreaming to break 100.

Why is this happening?

Well, according to Ernest Jones, the fundamental reason most golfers are having a hard time improving their skills lies in the way they LEARN the game.

Golfers in general are more keen in finding out what goes wrong in their swing after they hit a series of bad shots, instead of figuring out what they did RIGHT when they hit a shot perfectly.

I know, common wisdom says we need to learn from our mistakes to succeed, but when it comes to golf, the process of accurately identifying your swing flaws... and then eliminating it one-by-one would be too long, arduous, and the results are usually very disappointing.

You're going to improve your game much faster... with less heartbreak and frustration... if you can forget about your failures and learn from your successes instead. As an old saying goes -- "success leaves clues," you just need to pay more attention to them.

So instead of pulling your hair out in trying to fix your hooks or slices, think of a moment when you hit your very best shots... then work from there. Try to remember -- as vividly as possible -- the feeling, sensation, and the mindset as you hit a perfect drive. Over time, you'll be able to repeat your best strokes more consistently.

#2: Focus On The Swinging MOTION Instead Of Positions

Another common, yet fatal mistake almost all golfers make in learning the game... is being too mechanical with their swing.

First of all, a golf swing is not a series of actions or "positions" which you can consciously put together into one seamless movement. Trying to micro-manage every detail (such as arm position, hip turn, weight transfer, etc.) is a surefire recipe for disaster.

Imagine that when you're swinging the golf club, you're drawing an imaginary large circle around your body with the clubhead. You know that a circle consisted of 360 degrees, but you'd never draw one by piecing together 360 tiny lines, won't you? Nope, you'd do it by drawing one line in a smooth, continuous motion.

Perfect positions are the RESULTS of perfect swinging motion, not vice versa. Learn to produce the perfect swinging motion with the clubhead and you'll automatically do all the things your instructors have always told you to do... without even thinking about them.

#3: How To Learn The Perfect Golf Swing Motion

The first thing you need to do is observe how the best swingers in the game play. Yeah, I know, it's old... but here's the twist: do NOT pay any attention whatsoever to their body movements. Instead, watch carefully the motion and rhythm of the CLUBHEAD when they are swung.

It is the motion of the clubhead that you should try to copy from the champs, NOT their physical gaits and movements.

Everybody moves differently. No two players swing the golf club in exactly the same way. However, all good ones basically do the same thing when they're playing at their best: they swing the clubhead through an arc in a smooth, easy rhythm.

Once you had a basic understanding on how the clubhead should move in a golf swing, it's time to take it into practice. Remember to pay attention to the clubhead motion and rhythm instead of body movements and positions when you're practicing.

Your swing is going to get smoother, more consistent, and powerful... when you're just focused on swinging the clubhead in your own unique way... instead of trying to impersonate other player's style and quirks.

To summarize, keep everything as simple as possible. Little children can learn to play good golf faster than adults because they don't clutter their minds with endless do's and don'ts that bother us so much. When they missed a shot, they'd simply try again without over-analyzing it.

If you can approach the game in a more "child-like" manner, you will learn that golf is actually easy... and a whole lot more enjoyable.

Andri Zhou recommends the Ernest Jones Method for serious golfers who want a simpler way to slash strokes off their handicap fast. Go to http://www.ernestjonesmethod.com to learn the easy way to play golf like a pro without even changing your swing.

Golf Swing Instruction – The Athletic Motion

Golf Swing Instruction - The Athletic Motion

There is one basic athletic motion which is used in all of
athletics. The golf swing is golf's version of this athletic
motion. It is the same basic motion that is used to hit a tennis
ball, throw a football, kick a soccer ball, or break a rack in
pool.

To describe the athletic motion, let's take a look at the
baseball pitcher. Why the pitcher? You are familiar with the
pitching motion and have probably thrown a ball or two yourself.
The pitcher does what you as a golfer want to do; throw it fast,
accurately and consistently. As a golfer you want to hit the
ball long distances and down the middle with consistency.

So just how does the pitcher throw the ball? How do you throw a
ball? It's not complicated. Let's take a look so we can apply
these principles to the golf swing. After getting the sign from
the catcher, the pitcher begins his wind-up by moving his body
so that all of his weight is on his back foot, the one on the
pitching rubber. By doing this, he has caused the arm to be
flung away, in the direction opposite from where he will deliver
the ball. When all the weight is on the back leg and the arm is
still going away from the target, he reverses the direction of
the body by pushing off his back foot. This causes his body to
be pushed toward the target. The arm was still going away when
the body changed directions. The arm only changes directions
when it can go no further back and is pulled swiftly toward the
target by the forward motion of the body. This allows the arm to
function with maximum effectiveness, speed, and accuracy. The
arm is completely dependent on the body. The arm moves ONLY
because the body moves it -- not because the muscles of the arm
itself made the arm move.

Have you ever seen a major league pitcher stand flat-footed and
pitch the ball? Of course not. Any pitcher knows that he will
have neither speed nor accuracy if he throws the ball
flat-footed. To be effective he must use the big muscles (the
legs and back) to move the body in order to create the speed and
accuracy necessary for a good pitch.

I want you to try to throw the ball as far as you can, but with
different rules. In order to be very powerful, you must hold the
ball as tightly as possible, tightening all the muscles in your
arm and shoulder. I want to see all the veins popping out; that
way I know you are powerful and can throw it far. You know
instinctively as you tighten up or quit moving the body that you
cannot throw the ball any distance at all. In spite of this, I
regularly see golfers holding the club so tightly and flexing
those shoulder muscles, then wondering why they can't hit the
ball far. Great muscular effort doesn't do the job.

For confirmation of this, tighten up your arms and take a
practice swing. Listen for any noise the club makes. There's not
much air moving, is there? Now try again, this time with your
arms completely relaxed. Listen for the loud noise of the club
through the air. There is quite a difference, isn't there?

In order to have the arms and shoulders move at their top
possible speed and with maximum reliability, they must be kept
relaxed. This is achieved when the legs, which are the body's
real source of strength, cause the arms and shoulders to move.
Simply stated, the feet and legs cause the trunk of the body to
move, which in turn causes the arms to move. All types of
athletics are played with the feet moving the body. It all comes
from the ground up, never from the top down.

For an observation, watch someone throw a bowling ball or throw
a horseshoe to a post. The legs move the body, and the arm is
completely dependent upon them. It's the same in all of
athletics, including golf. Because we are holding this long
stick with the intention of hitting this little, innocent ball
as hard as we can, this is contrary to our golf instincts.
Common sense would tell us that in order to end that poor little
ball's life (without missing the ball, of course), we must use
those powerful arms - and never look up? Isn't that right? Not
so!

There you have it -- the process through which I developed the
Concept Golf swing principles that will take your golf game to a
new level. Because these ideas are simple, and because there are
only five fundamentals, you might be tempted to not give them
proper reverence. These principles have been tested and proven
by golfers just like you. The new golfer, the professional, the
high handicapper and the plus-one handicapper have all profited
from these few simple ideas.

The Concept Golf swing principles are simple, logical, easy to
understand, and easy to put into action. Everything else in the
golf swing is a result of these few fundamentals -- for all
clubs, for all shots. They apply to the full swing, the short
wedge and even the putter. As you understand and accept these
ideas and put them to use, you will see great progress in your
golf game.

Golf Fitness Exercises to Train the Core to Improve the Golf Swing

Golf Fitness Exercises to Train the Core to Improve the Golf Swing

Golf fitness exercises to train the core can improve your golf swing. Many questions from golfers exist on what are the best golf exercises to train the core for the golf swing. Today, we are going to answer these questions and provide some beneficial golf fitness exercises for the core. First and foremost we must understand what is the core. The core is simply a reference to an anatomical area of the body. Essentially, it is all the muscles, bones, and nerves from just above your knees to slightly below the chest. Not only does it include muscles on the front of your body such as the abdominals. It includes the muscles on the sides and back of your body. This would include muscles in the hips, glutes, obliques, and lower back.

Now that we have a basic understanding of what the core entails, let us answer the next question; why is the core important for the golf swing. The execution of the golf swing requires you to maintain a set spine angle and specific postural positions. For example, the ability to maintain a set spine angle in the swing requires postural stabilization strength. Postural stabilization strength is the ability to maintain a specific postural or body position during movement. The ability to complete this physical task effectively rests upon the muscular strength and endurance of your core. If your core musculature is lacking strength the ability to maintain a consistent spine angle will be compromised.

In addition, during the golf swing the core creates muscular force in a rotational pattern. This force is transferred into the golf club during execution of the swing. The power developed by your core, and the power created within the mechanics of your swing will determine your clubhead speed.

As you can see from the information above the core is directly connected the biomechanics of the golf swing as well as the creation of clubhead speed. That being said, it goes without saying certain levels of muscular strength, endurance, power, and coordination are required from this area of the body. The process by which we can develop these physical parameters within the core is through golf specific fitness exercises.

Golf specific fitness exercises will train the core section of body to the positions, movements, and physical requirements of the golf swing. Stabilization and rotation are key components of such exercises. Basic exercises I often recommend to develop the core for golf are; Prone Holds, Bent Knee Back Holds, Seated Russian Twists, Jack Knife's, and Alternating Arm and Leg Extensions. All of these exercises train the required components of the core for the golf swing.

Keep in mind the core is an anatomical area of the body where the majority of the movements within the golf swing occur. As a result this section of the body must be flexible, strong, and powerful in order to execute the golf swing correctly. Golf fitness exercises focusing upon the core can create these needed physical parameters within the body to improve your golf swing. There is no doubt the utilization of golf exercises to improve the strength, endurance, power, and flexibility in your core will improve your golf game.

Golf Exercises to Develop the Three Integral Components of Club Head Speed Development

Golf Exercises to Develop the Three Integral Components of Club Head Speed Development

Golf exercises are an integral component of increasing club head speed in your golf swing. Increasing club head speed equates to longer drives, shorter approach shots, and lower scores. The improvement of your clubhead speed hinges upon both the efficiency in which you execute the golf swing and your body. It is your body which both supports and executes the mechanics of the golf swing. Improvement in three components of your body will assist in this process

First and foremost we must understand the connection between the body and your golf swing. Basically, the mechanics of the golf swing are executed by your body, and in order to execute each phase of the golf swing correctly. Your body must have certain physical parameters developed within it. If these physical parameters are "not up to par" so to speak compensations will develop in your golf swing. Resulting in inconsistencies in your golf swing, a loss of power, accuracy, and higher scores rather than lower.

The first of these physical parameters is flexibility. This is probably the physical parameter requiring the most attention by amateurs as well as the starting point for any comprehensive golf fitness program. The mechanics of the golf swing require the body to draw the club along a specified swing plane through a long range of motion. In order to execute this requirement of the golf effectively, your body must have certain levels of flexibility. This will allow you to make a full shoulder turn, execute the backswing, downswing, and follow through correctly.

The second physical parameter of the golf swing is strength. Muscular strength assists in a number of physical requirements of the golf swing such as balance, posture, and even power development. Fundamentally the golf swing requires the golfer to maintain a fixed spine angle, rotate around a fixed spine angle, and maintain specific postural positions in every phase of the swing. In order to accomplish this the muscles of your body must have certain levels of strength. It is the ability of your muscles to exert specified levels of force that allows for these requirements of the golf swing to be met. The golfer can develop the muscular strength requirements of the golf swing through golf fitness training.

The third and final physical component of the golf swing is power. Power development in the golf swing is measured through clubhead speed. The higher rate at which the clubhead impacts the golf ball, the farther it will travel down the fairway. The development of power in the golf swing hinges upon both the efficient execution of the swing and the muscle of your body. As it relates to the body, power development is contingent upon the muscles of your body generating the greatest amount of force possible within the confines of the swing. Increasing the power outputs of your muscles will enhance your ability to generate clubhead speed in the golf swing.

Knowing three basic components exist within the body relative to the golf swing and understanding improvement within your flexibility, strength, and power components will improve your golf swing. It is easily understood how a golf fitness program can improve the clubhead speed in your golf swing. In addition keep in mind a specific set of golf exercises improving these physical parameters of the golf swing are key within a golf fitness program.

Golf Clubs, Golf Equipment ? the Key to a Great Golf Game

Golf is a very special sport that requires skills, but also the golf equipment that best suits you. Golf is one of the few sports than combines the possibility of admiring the wonders of Mother Nature with having to judge just the right trajectory that you should use to make the ball go exactly where you want it to go. Golf is a sport that does require some skills and a lot of focus because the caddy will probably be helpful, but you still have to judge almost everything that is going on around you. Just imagine all the variables that you have to take into consideration to make the ball go the right way.

A basic set of golf clubs can contain a pretty large number of golf clubs, so you have to make a wise decision. Of course, if you consider miniature golf, it is much more interesting; you can try it out and see how it works out for you. Like any other sports, golf exists in numerous forms. There are also golf trips in every major country and even in some small ones. In order to play golf, you only need some other golf equipment just as important as the clubs. But anyway, the basic golf set does not contain numerous items.

Modern golf clubs are made out of light-weight composite materials and even some of the golf equipment is made out of light-weight materials to make the caddys life easier and to improve the game playing technique. Because golf is not such a common sport in some countries, people think it is a dull sport, made only for the rich ones. But the golf fan base is growing and becoming larger and larger and it has reached a record number over the years.

Every form of golf is pleasing and fun to play, but the one with the oldest tradition and fans is the classic golf, played on a large area that presents all kind of geographic obstacles, from trees and puddles to mountains and bushes. All these add to the sports most important feature, the fun and excitement. Like any other sport, golf is made to relax people and even earn them some money, considering the fact that some professionals make a living from playing golf.

Also, I would like to add the fact that all the golf equipment, including the golf clubs, need some care and protection from rust, rot or even mould. But all this protection can be offered by one of the rooms in your house or even your garage. No one has to think that the equipment needs daily polishing or washing. A quick wash - if needed - or just wiping the equipment with an old piece of clothing should do the trick.

Golf can also be a way to impress your friends and family when you have special golf trips. Anyone in your family can play golf, from your dad, your kid, to your wife, so it can be considered a family sport from some points of view. Any golf player will tell you that this sport is a way to clear your mind and escape from the stress of daily life. That is why some major companies offer golf trips to their employees.

We consider our website to be a great resource for all of you passionate about golf clubs. For any kind of golf equipment come to us and discover interesting info. The latest Callaway golf clubs, cloned clubs or uniquely customized golf equipment await you; just go ahead and see them online!

How to Swing A Golf Club

How to Swing A Golf Club

You do not hit the ball just for the sake of hitting it. You have to consider other factors as well. You have to take into account the club that you are using and the swing that you employ to hit the ball. The swing is one of the most important aspects in playing golf for it is one of the contributing factors as to where the ball will likely land.

In order for one to learn the perfect swinging technique, one has to know a few tips in golf and the basics behind it.

First and foremost, one must know what golf is all about. A well-established background of what golf is will help you develop a swinging technique. Learn the important aspects of golf that will help you reach your goal as a golf player. This includes your posture, the club that you are going to use and the golf course. You have to familiarize yourself with the golf course that you are playing in.

Next tip would be the way you hold your golf club. Hold the club in front of you, directing it away from where you are standing, at an angle of 45 degrees. Where you place your hand would also depend on the grip that you are using. The grip used in baseball is just an example of such. You can also use the overlapping or interlocking positions, depending on the grip that you are most comfortable with.

Another important note to keep in mind is the disposition that you are in while swinging. You have to be relaxed while swinging your golf club. Make a swing and just follow the motion of the golf club. Make sure that you do not hinder its movement. In this way, the golf club will be able to move at 180 degrees from where it had started. You will not be able to do this if you are worried. So try to take a deep breath and be confident. Do not focus your mind in thinking that you may or may not hit the ball, because this would result in more nerve-wracking thoughts that will affect you negatively while swinging.

Other tips include focusing on the movement of your golf club, practice, training and tutorials. Make sure that you find time to learn the different techniques so that you could make improvements on your swinging technique.

Lastly, learn the sport itself. As mentioned earlier, one has to know the basics of the sport. If you do not know the complex factors and elements of the sport itself, you will not be able to achieve your goal: to find the best swinging technique that is suitable for you.

However, sometimes I think that I just dispose my money to guides, which aren't worth my money.

One day I decided, why I cannot to share my experience with other people? Why people should spend for products which are useless as not worth any cent? Then started reviewing my database of ebooks and guides. Firstly I tooks just the best, because they will spred first and people will not buy poor products. Later, I hope I will find time to review products which aren't worth money as valued, but aren't total crap and at least I will try to review products which are as bad as go to fishing in the lake where are no fishes.

Read my articles and share your opnion. I would be very pleased to answer to all your questions.

Regards,

James Brighton
